ADVANCED PROFITABILITY MANAGEMENT SEMINAR FOR EVERGREEN CLIENTS
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (March 25, 2011)- Evergreen Consulting joined Waypoint Analytics and Merrifield Consulting Group in presenting an Advanced Profitability Management seminar in Scottsdale on March 24 and 25.
Over 60 participants from 35 leading wholesale distribution firms attended the two day by-invitation seminar at the Scottsdale Millennium Resort. Speakers in included Jonathan L.S. Byrnes of MIT, author of the acclaimed Islands of Profit in a Sea of Red Ink, Bruce Merrifield, Brent Grover, Laurie Leo and Randy MacLean.
Topics covered included strategic pricing, customer profitability analysis and a variety of profit improvement tactics for distributors. This was the third Advanced Profitability Management seminar presented during the prior 12 months for clients and friends of the three firms. EVERGREEN PRESENTERS AT 2011 "TUG U2U" INFOR USER GROUP
ORLANDO (March 30, 2011)- Brent Grover and Ken Brown of Evergreen Consulting were featured speakers at the 2011 "TUG U2U" Infor user group meeting in Orlando. Over 650 attendees marked the largest ever user group meeting for distributors using Infor systems.
Grover and Brown presentations covered strategic pricing and customer profitability analysis, including an in-depth workshop about implementation of pricing optimization programs in distribution firms. Evergreen also hosted a display and met with Infor users at the TUG U2U exhibit area.
Dozens of Infor distributor locations use Evergreen's new "Smart Pricing" strategic pricing software and sales force implementation training programs to enhance their margins and return on investment.
Grover is the author of the best-selling Strategic Pricing for Distributors published in June, 2009.
