BRENT R. GROVER REELECTED NAW INSTITUTE FELLOW

WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 1, 2009)- The NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence, research arm of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), has elected Brent R. Grover of Evergreen Consulting to a second consecutive 4-year term as an NAW Institute Fellow.

The third individual currently so designated by NAW's research arm, Grover was originally named as a Fellow in 2005.

The Board of Directors established the Fellows program in 1999 to acknowledge individuals who have made and can continue to make significant educational contributions to the field of wholesale distribution. During a term,  NAW Institute Fellows work with the organization to develop and bring new research studies to the wholesale distribution industry.

Grover is the author of six books including More to the Bottom Line: Customer Profitability Analysis Tools for Distributors, The Acquisitive Distributor: 4 Keys to Success When Buying A Wholesale Distribution Business and most recently the best-selling Strategic Pricing for Distributors published in June, 2009.

Evergreen Consulting, Cleveland, advises the wholesale distribution industry on strategic pricing, business strategy, profit improvement and acquisitions. Grover, former CEO of National Paper & Packaging Co., served as Chairman of NAW member association the National Paper Trade Association (NPTA).

EVERGREEN CONSULTING EXPANDS CLEVELAND OFFICE 

CLEVELAND,OH (November 15, 2009)- Cleveland-based consulting firm Evergreen Consulting, LLC has expanded its offices at Executive Commons East on Chagrin Boulevard in suburban Pepper Pike. Founded in a single office in Beachwood in 2001, the firm is now one of the major tenants in the building.

Evergreen founder and Managing Partner Brent Grover indicated that the firm added consulting and support staff to provide expanded strategic pricing and other services for its growing client base of wholesale distributors.

Grover added that Evergreen Consulting is a "boutique" firm providing management advice for the wholesale distribution industry. The firm concentrates on strategic pricing, growth strategy, profitability improvement and acquisitions advice. He indicated that while Evergreen has several important clients in northeastern Ohio, most of its work is for companies located throughout the U.S.

BRENT GROVER ELECTED TO HIDA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

ALEXANDRIA, VA (January 2, 2008) - Evergreen Consulting, LLC, Cleveland-based advisors to the wholesale distribution channel, reported the election of Evergreen managing partner Brent R. Grover to the board of directors of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). Matt Rowan, HIDA Chief Executive Officer, announced Grover's election following the December meeting of the HIDA board.

SUPPLY CHAIN EQUITY PARTNERS APPOINTS BRENT GROVER OF EVERGREEN CONSULTING TO ADVISORY BOARD

CLEVELAND, OH (October 16, 2007) - Evergreen Consulting, LLC, Cleveland-based advisors to the wholesale distribution channel, announced the appointment of Evergreen managing partner Brent R. Grover to the advisory board of Supply Chain Equity Partners.
