BRENT GROVER ELECTED TO SNAVELY FOREST PRODUCTS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SUPPLY CHAIN EQUITY PARTNERS APPOINTS BRENT GROVER OF EVERGREEN CONSULTING TO ADVISORY BOARD

CLEVELAND, OH (October, 16 2007) - Evergreen Consulting, LLC, Cleveland-based advisors to the wholesale distribution channel, announced the appointment of Evergreen managing partner Brent R. Grover to the advisory board of Supply Chain Equity Partners.

Supply Chain Equity Partners (SCEP), also based in Cleveland, is a newly formed private equity fund created for the specific purpose of investing in companies in the wholesale distribution channel. The founding principals of SCEP are Jim Miller, Nir Gabriely and Jay Greyson, all formerly of Brown Gibbons, the middle-market investment banking firm. EVERGREEN CONSULTING MOVES TO LARGER QUARTERS

Evergreen founder and President Brent Grover indicated that his firm needs more space due to the hiring of additional consulting and support staff.

Grover added that Evergreen Consulting is a "boutique" firm providing management advice for the wholesale distribution industry. The firm concentrates on strategic planning and profitability improvement projects and provides advice on mergers and acquisitions. He indicated that while the firm has several important clients in northeastern Ohio, most of its work is for companies located throughout the U.S.

CLEVELAND-BASED M&A EXPERTS FEATURED IN NATIONAL SEMINAR FOR WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS

CLEVELAND, OH (April 21, 2006) - Two local mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experts co-presented a teleconference seminar yesterday on the subject of acquisitions in the wholesale distribution industry. The speakers were Brent Grover, President of Evergreen Consulting, and Jim Miller of Brown Gibbons Lang & Co.

Grover's half of the program focused on transactions involving smaller distribution companies, while Miller concentrated on larger deals. Both speakers emphasized the enormous impact of private equity funds in the current market, where financial investors bid aggressively against strategic buyers. Today's deal pricing is at historically high levels.

"It's a coincidence that both of the presenters happen to be based in Cleveland" Grover stated. He indicated that he and Miller had not met prior to working together on this seminar.

Over 200 industry executives from around the country dialed in to the program produced by wholesale industry publication Modern Distribution Management and the National Association of Wholesale Distributors (NAW).

BRENT R. GROVER NAMED DREF FELLOW

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 25, 2005) - The Distribution Research and Education Foundation (DREF) of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) has named as a DREF Fellow Brent R. Grover, President of Evergreen Consulting, LLC.

The fourth individual so designated by NAW's research arm, Grover will serve a four-year term.

The DREF Board of Directors established the Fellows program in 1999 to acknowledge individuals who have made and can continue to make significant educational contributions to the field of wholesale distribution. During a term, DREF Fellows work with the Foundation to develop and bring new research studies to the wholesale distribution industry.

Grover is the author of DREF's More to the Bottom Line: Customer Profitability Analysis Tools for Distributors , released in 2004. His second book, The Acquisitive Distributor: 4 Keys to Success When Buying A Wholesale Distribution Business , is set for release in May.
