New Book About M&A Addresses Distributor Profitability

Brent Grover’s ninth book about distributor profitability management was published recently by the National Association of Wholesale Distributors (NAW) of Washington, DC.

Distributor ProfitabilityMergers & Acquisitions for Distributors: Expert Advice for Buyers and Sellers includes chapters by Joe Pease, CPA, partner at Pease & Associates; Bret Treier, Esq., partner at Vorys, Sater and Jay Greyson, Managing Director at private equity firm Supply Chain Equity Partners. All four co-authors have strong Northeast Ohio roots. The book covers all aspects of buying and selling distribution businesses, based on the authors’ expertise and experience working on dozens of transactions. According to Grover, the book includes information that may not be found anywhere else, especially in one place. “We divulged some of our secret sauce” says Grover.
