Brent R. Grover, Managing Partner
Brent Grover joined Evergreen Consulting from National Paper & Packaging Co. where he was chief executive officer and co-owner. Brent worked in all facets of the distribution business for over 20 years including 11 years as President/CEO. He taught for five years at Case Weatherhead School of Management and worked for four years at Arthur Andersen & Co. Brent won the Elijah Watt Sells medal and Ohio honors for his performance on the Uniform CPA Examination. Brent is a member of several non-profit Boards and served as Chairman of three organizations including the National Paper Trade Association. He currently serves on the board of directors of B.W. Rogers Co., Great Lakes Power Products Co., Petroliance LLC, Delaware Valley Group, Snavely Forest Products, Elkay Plastics, MJM Industries, and Kinetic Technologies. He is an instructor at Chautauqua Institution. Brent is a member of the Cleveland Racquet Club and the Union Club.

Emily Martin, Partner
Emily Martin joined Evergreen Consulting from SupplyOne where she was director of SupplyOne Retail. Emily directed a 20+ million dollar division, overseeing sales, purchasing and implementation of consolidated expense programs for large multiple-store retailers nationwide. She previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at National Paper & Packaging Company. Prior to joining National Paper, Emily was Director of Human Resources for the American Red Cross, Greater Cleveland Chapter for five years and spent 10 years at Progressive Insurance Corporation as a divisional Human Resources Manager, and Manager of Employee Benefits and Compensation.

Ken Brown, Partner
Ken joined Evergreen Consulting from SupplyOne Company where he was the President of SupplyOne Retail. Ken led the growth and expansion of the retail business implementing logistics and supply chain management programs for large multiple location retailers nationwide. He previously held the position as President, SupplyOne, Cleveland and prior to that as President, National Paper & Packaging, Cleveland. Before joining National Paper as an account executive in 1985, Ken was the Midwest regional sales and marketing manager for the Crowell Corporation of Newport, DE. Ken has served on numerous advisory councils including 3M, National Paper Trade Association, Afflink, and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
